My Dental Decision processes the information you provide in the intake and any treatment-plan document you upload to create an informational decision-support report.

We do not use your information to diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, determine medical necessity, or replace an evaluation by a licensed dental professional.

Uploaded treatment documents may be read and organized with AI-assisted analysis to identify document-supported costs, procedures, questions, and unclear details. The report is informational and should be discussed with a licensed dental professional.

Uploaded documents are stored privately and are not exposed through public file links. New private reports and their documents are retained for up to 30 days from submission, after which they become unavailable.

We apply file-type validation and a security screen before accepting supported uploads. No automated screening can guarantee that every harmful file will be detected.

Private reports are accessed through an unguessable link token. Keep this link confidential and avoid sharing it with anyone you do not want to access your report.

You can delete a report and its uploaded documents from the report page before the retention period ends. Deletion removes the stored document references and private files associated with that report.
